Not every use case is ham radio. A fixed-base operator’s lounge –
where pilots and passengers wait around before a flight – is a
reasonable fit for a Helioclock display leaning on the FAA WeatherCams
feature specifically: a searchable directory of aviation weather camera
sites, plus the usual radar and general weather picture. It’s a more
genuinely useful thing to have on a lounge screen than a generic cable
news feed, for an audience that actually cares about current
conditions before they fly.
