I have a orange outlined message on the top of the screen “off-line using devise clock”

We spoke yesterday about the Cloud Cover/ Nex Rad could the issue be the download from the Hughes Sat? Today is a blue sky day So when I switch to the NexRad the screen says on the Rad until the next rotation then reverts back to the cloud cover?

    Thanks

    Hi Reggie,

That orange “OFFLINE – Using Device Clock” message means the unit lost its WiFi connection, most likely your router dropped offline briefly. Here’s how to reconnect:

    1. Exit to the desktop. With a keyboard connected, press and hold Ctrl + Alt + X all at once. The Helioclock display will disappear and you’ll see a normal computer desktop underneath.

    2. Open WiFi settings. In the top-right corner, click the network icon area, then click the WiFi option that appears. If you don’t see it there, open Settings from the desktop and go to the Wi-Fi panel instead.

    3. Connect to your network. Click your WiFi network’s name from the list, enter your password, and click Connect.

    4. Confirm you’re connected. The WiFi icon in the top-right should fill in solid with signal bars.

    5. Relaunch Helioclock. Double-click the “Start Helioclock” icon on the desktop. Your display will come back exactly as it was, now connected.
