Field Day situational board for multi-op sites

Field Day sites running multiple stations often end up with someone
unofficially playing “net control” for the whole operation – tracking
band conditions across all the active stations, watching for weather
moving in, keeping an eye on the clock for band-plan changes. A
Helioclock display at the command tent or main operating tent could
reasonably serve as that shared reference point: greyline, propagation,
radar (useful for tracking incoming weather at an outdoor event
specifically), and the world clock row all in one place that every
operator walking by can check without interrupting someone at a
station.
