    From the roadmap:

    – Control for radio rigs and antenna rotators

This is a bit vague (understandly for a bullet list). This is me enumerating what I would like to see in this category:

    • Network based radio comms, instead of hard wired. I use a Flex radio. Right now, my option for an “on air” indicator is to wire a USB to RS232 dongle (*ahem* https://hlbt.us/halikey *cough*) to a physical PTT on the radio. General purpose, works with many rigs, so that’s good. But its also a little silly for radios that can already talk on the network. More and more of those are coming out all the time.
    • While you’re talking to the radio, full display of current settings: VFO, TX power, mode, on-air light, etc. I’m not asking for full rig control, but a quick heads-up display of what it’s doing would be snazzy.
    • Antenna azimuth on the display, with beam width. I want to be able to tell Helioclock (via API) which direction my antenna is pointing, and what it’s -3dB and -10dB beam width is, and have Helioclock draw the great circle “wedge” that the antenna is covering. Bonus points for taking a full radiation pattern instead of just arbitrary -3dB and -10dB widths.
