I do not have the option to change the NTP Server as is mentioned in the documentation. Can you tell me how to do so?

    Oh, it’s there.

The NTP SERVER setting is in the Settings panel, not the Admin panel. Here is how to get there:

    1. Press Alt+B to open the control bar at the bottom of the screen.
    2. Click SETTINGS.
    3. Scroll down through the settings list until you see NTP SERVER.

It accepts a custom NTP server hostname. The default is pool.ntp.org. Note that this setting controls which server the NTP status indicator in the bottom bar monitors — it does not change the underlying system time sync configuration.
