Yes. Any modern browser on the same local network – Chrome, Firefox,
Safari, or Edge – can pull up the display from a phone, tablet, or
laptop, no installation required. This is actually the primary way
most SKU-1 (SD Card) owners use their setup day-to-day: the Pi runs
headless, and you check it from whatever device is closest to hand.

Smart TV browser support varies a lot by platform, so if you’re
looking to put this on a TV specifically, a dedicated HDMI setup (Pi or
mini PC) is the more reliable path than trying to load it in a TV’s
built-in browser.
